RÉSUMÉ
La spécificité de quatre immunoessais pour lesamphétamines est
comparée: le coffret TDx ou ADx amphetamine/methamphetamine 11
(FPIA) et les coffrets EMITd.a.u. Amphetamine Class polyclonal
(EP), I'EMlTd.a.u.amphetamine/methamphetamine monoclonal (EM) et
EMIT 11 amphetamine/methamphetamine monoclonal (EII).L'EP
détecte les sympathomimétiques comme l'éphédrine et la
phénylpropanolamine, mais est peu sensible aux entactogènes. Le
FPIA est le plus sensible pour la détection de l'Ecstasy et
autres entactogènes. Différents sympathomimétiques et
anorexigènes causent des résultats faussementpositifs:
fenfluramine (FPIA), méphentermine(FPIA, EII), phenmétrazine
(EII), phentermine (FPIA, EM, EII) et propylhexédrine (FPIA,
EM). De nombreux autres anorexigènes sont métabolisés vers la
methamphétamineet/ou l'amphétamine et seront aussi détectés.
Parmi lesautres molécules qui interffèrent, il y a la
benzathine (EP), la chloroquine (EM), les métabolites de la
chlorpromazine (EM) et certains produits de décomposition
(FPIA).
SUMMARY
The specificity of four immunoassays for amphetamines is
compared: the TDx orADx amphetamine/methamphetamine II (FPIA) and
the EMIT d.a.u. Amphetamine Class polyclonal (EP), EMIT d.a.u.
amphetamine/methamphetamine monoclonal (EM) a EMIT II
amphetamine/methamphetamine monoclonal detects sympathomimetics
like ephedrine and phenylpropanolamine, but is not very sensitive
for the entactogens . FPIA is the most sensitive for the
detection Ecstasy and the other entactogens. Different
sympathomimetics and anorectics cause false positive results:
fenfluramine (FPIA), mephentermine (FPIA, EII),phenmetrazine
(EII), phentermine (FPIA, EM, EII) and propylhexedrine (FPIA,
EM). Numerous other anorectics metabolized to methamphetamine
and/or amphetamanine will also be detected. Amongst the other
inteffering molecules one finds benzathine (EP),chloroqulne (EM)
cchlorpromazine metabolites (EM) and certain decomp'products
(FPIA).
